Bartender Services(without Bar package) $30.00 per hour
If you decide to provide the alcohol yourself, we will provide a professional touch to your event and provide the bartending services.
Bartender provides professional quality bartending tools
Bartender will additionally supply: Ice bin, ice scoop, garnish tray, napkin caddy
Host provides all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Host also provides all other necessary supplies to run a sufficient bar. Ice, Ice coolers, glassware, mixers, juices, garnishes, napkins, bar etc.
Bourbon Street Bartending can provide our unique solid oak portable bars for $50.00 each*Based on previous experience you can expect to save around 10% compared to my package deals. But realize you run the risk of running out of supplies( I guarantee my supplies throughout duration of event), you must put together a shopping list, spend time buying your supplies from various stores, store the perishable supplies till the party then deliver the supplies to the event location. Purchase large quantities of ice(expect 2lbs per guest) and purchase or procure numerous coolers for storage of ice, beer, wine, mixers and garnishes. Then set up supplies at the event and remove supplies after the event. Unfortunately, many of these things cannot be done till hours before the event. So, when you are most busy preparing everything else for the event, you also need to be dealing full time with bar supplies and set up. This is not to discourage you from supplying the alcohol yourself, but to enlighten you on the amount of time you will need to devote to the bar hours before the event when your time may need to be spent elsewhere. This is a lot of work to save 10%.
